Hawthorne having been in the construction industry since 1977 working with Belvedere Construction, DiVosta and a host of other South Florida contractors. Jim is both experienced and diversified. When he met his future wife Grace, they decided to make their dreams come true by starting their own company in 1998 till incorporation. The vision for their business has always been personalized service, quality, as well as Jim’s knack for expediency and efficiency.

Having worked in super high production environments Hawthorne Building produces customized homes as well as detached garages and additions not only with superior quality but in a more then timely fashion. From permitting to Certificate of Occupancy approximately six months or less is the average wait for the homeowner to walk through the door of their new dream home.
